At GIS, we believe that an effective screening program doesn’t stop after the initial screening of a potential employee. With GIS’ ongoing criminal monitoring, rechecking a current employee through our KwikScreen National Criminal Database will help ensure your employees are, and continue to be, free of records that may jeopardize your organization.

This service can only be performed on current employees who have been screened through KwikScreen previously. In the event there is a new “hit” found on the employee, GIS will conduct a jurisdiction validation to ensure the record does belong to the individual and to comply with FCRA and other regulatory guidelines. You are only charged for the validation of "hits" and any applicable pass thru fees associated with a “hit”validation.
